Information collected
Enquiry and quotation forms may collect your name, email address, organisation, website, area of interest and message. If you book a conversation, the scheduling service may collect your name, email address, chosen appointment time and any information you add to the booking. The Marketing Health Check also collects your name, answers, calculated scores, priority areas, email address and optional marketing preference. Campaign source information, such as UTM parameters and the page used to submit a form, may be recorded so the effectiveness of communications can be understood.
Limited technical and security information may be processed to protect forms from spam and abuse. Anonymous analytics information is collected only where cookie consent has been given.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver requested Health Check results, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website and understand which communications lead to genuine enquiries. Information is not sold.
Marketing emails are sent only where a person has actively chosen the separate optional marketing box or where another lawful permission applies. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Lawful basis and retention
Enquiry, quotation and requested Health Check data is processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering a contract. Legitimate interests may apply to proportionate business administration, service improvement, security and campaign attribution. Consent is used for optional marketing emails and non-essential analytics.
Records are reviewed and kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the original purpose, legal obligations and legitimate business administration. Marketing preferences and evidence of consent may be retained as necessary to respect and demonstrate your choices.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
